We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reproduce all colours.

In accordance with Directive 2019/771, all products sold are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. Products must conform to their description, be fit for purpose, and be of the quality and characteristics that a consumer would reasonably expect.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis, provided such limitations comply with applicable non-discrimination law.

Section 6 — Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 12 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 — Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk. We shall have no liability arising from your use of such tools. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Where an error affects an existing confirmed order to your detriment, we will notify you and offer you the option to confirm the order at the correct terms or cancel it with a full refund, in accordance with Portuguese consumer law.

In accordance with Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms, any clause that would unlawfully limit consumer rights guaranteed by EU or Portuguese law is deemed unenforceable to that extent and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be We, LDA and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that any claim arises from our own negligence or breach of applicable law.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 16 — Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or by ceasing to use our site. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

We may terminate your access to the service at any time if we determine, in good faith, that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms. Where permitted by law, we will notify you of such termination.

Section 17 — Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Be We, LDA regarding your use of the service, and supersede any prior agreements between us. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall be resolved in favour of the consumer, in accordance with Article 11 of Directive 93/13/EEC.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence as an EU consumer.
