That is why we have set strict ethical and social rules for ourselves that guide us in our business. We expect our suppliers, i.e. those companies that maintain a business relationship with BIRKENSTOCK Group companies, to act according to the same ethical principles. For this reason, BIRKENSTOCK has developed a Code of Conduct for suppliers. The Code of Conduct is based largely on the principles of the Global Compact issued by the United Nations and the International Labour Organisation. It is binding for all BIRKENSTOCK suppliers as well as for BIRKENSTOCK employees.
