About Delivery and Shipping

The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the products you have selected and the postal code of the delivery address you provided. The calculated shipping cost for a specific address and products will be displayed at checkout on the website.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address, provided that the order has not yet been collected by the courier. If the change of address results in a different shipping cost, this will be communicated to the customer for approval and payment.

How does the delivery process work?

The delivery will be carried out by DHL or CTT during business hours at the address specified on the label. If no one is available at the given address, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Service Point, where only the recipient can collect it. If the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be charged.
You can track your shipment through the email you will receive from DHL or CTT. If you do not receive this email, please contact our store for further assistance.

Delivery timeframe:

Once payment has been credited to our account, we proceed with the selection and packaging of the products. If any adjustments to the products are required, we will contact you by phone or email. Once packaging is complete, we schedule the collection, which is always done by 2 PM.

The delivery timeframe varies as follows:

  • 2 to 7 days for countries within the European Union.
  • 3 to 15 days for non-EU countries within the European continent.
  • 5 to 30 days for countries outside the European Union and the European continent.

Anomalies:

Upon receiving your order, please check that all products are in good condition and that no damage occurred during transit. Any issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order, including photos and videos as evidence. Otherwise, the goods will be considered delivered in perfect condition.
