Exchanges and Returns Policy _

1. No Direct Exchanges: We do not conduct direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired products.

2. Return Window: You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

3. Product Condition: The item must be returned without signs of use or washing, in perfect condition, and with the internal label attached.

4. Bikinis: For bikini returns, both the top and bottom must be sent back, even if only one piece is the subject of the return.

5. How to Return: The return process must be initiated via email at bewe@beweconcept.com. The first return is free.

6. Refund/Credit: After quality control inspection, you can choose between receiving a voucher for a new purchase on the website or a refund of the amount paid (credit card refunds may take up to two billing cycles).
