EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Be We, we prioritize your satisfaction when making purchases on our online store. To ensure this, we have created a Returns and Exchanges Policy that respects your needs and is based on the Consumer Protection Law and European Union Directives.

  • EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We do not conduct exchanges, but you can return your items and place a new order for the desired items.

If you wish to proceed with the return of items, you can visit any Be We store or contact our Customer Service (Service of Consumer Assistance) within 14 days from the date of receipt. They will provide you with information regarding the return process. Under no circumstances should you send the items without prior contact, as they will not be accepted.

If the product is delivered with any apparent defects, when returned, it must not show signs of use and/or washing and must be in perfect condition with the internal label attached. The first return is free and must be requested within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise.

The merchandise will be examined by our responsible team, and within 10 (ten) calendar days after being received in Be We's technical analysis department, a diagnosis will be presented. The parties may mutually agree to extend this deadline. If the purchases were made online, you can return them to any physical store or follow the instructions provided in the article: "How to exchange or return."

We do not accept return requests for products purchased more than six months from the invoice date.

Shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer. Be We will arrange pickups according to the situation presented, without any additional cost, for customers affected by transportation or technical problems.

  • RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The first return is free and must be made within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise. The product must not show signs of use and/or washing and must be in perfect condition with the internal label attached.

Through digital means, the customer can choose between receiving a voucher for a new purchase on the website or receiving a refund for the amount paid for the item, following the exchange and return criteria established by Be We.

Returns of bikinis will only be allowed when both the top and bottom parts are sent back, even when returning only one of the pieces. Simply follow the step-by-step guide available in the article: "How to exchange or return."

  • RETURN OR CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

Return or complete or partial cancellation of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, counted from the day of receiving the merchandise. The product must not show signs of use and/or washing and must be in perfect condition with the label attached.

Returns of bikinis will only be allowed when both the bra and panties are sent back, even when returning only one of the pieces.

Once the item returns to our distribution center, it will be examined by quality control within 10 (ten) business days. If the item meets the requirements described in our exchange and return/cancellation policy, the return process will be carried out, and a refund will be requested to the credit card. When this happens, our Customer Service will send an email notification.

The consumer only bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The credit card operator may take up to two billing cycles to process the credit.

No reimbursement will be made to a third-party bank account.

  • HOW TO MAKE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We do not conduct exchanges, but you can return your items and place a new order for the desired items.

The procedures for exchanging and returning a purchase must be conducted exclusively through the email bewe@beweconcept.com.

See below the steps to request a return or cancellation code:

  1. Send an email to bewe@beweconcept.com.
  2. In the body of the email, include the following information:
    • Your order number (You can find it in My Account -> My Orders or on your invoice).
    • The fiscal identification number (NIF) used in the purchase, if applicable.
    • The items from the order that you wish to return.
    • The reason for your return and any additional comments, if desired.

Please note that the product must be returned with the purchase label attached, with the purchase invoice, in its original box or similar, sealed, and without the original postage labels.

Once the item returns to our distribution center, it will be examined by quality control within 10 (ten) business days. If everything meets the requirements described in our exchange and return/cancellation policy, the return process will be carried out, and a refund will be requested to the credit card. Once the internal process is complete, our Customer Service will send an email notification, and the credit card operator will process the credit, which may take up to two billing cycles.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS

If the product does not comply with the conditions described in this Exchange Policy or is sent without prior notice, Be We will immediately return the product to the consumer.

Be We is not responsible for products returned through means other than the return codes sent via Customer Service.

Be We is exempt from exchanging or repairing any merchandise when it is proven in the technical report that the reported defects did not result from a manufacturing defect.

Under no circumstances will modified products (e.g., wrist adjustments, hemming, etc.) be accepted, and the legal option of cancellation will not be possible.

Products purchased from the Online Store can be exchanged online or at our physical store.

These conditions constitute the adhesion contract clauses that you, as a consumer, acknowledge and accept when making your purchases. The completion of the purchase signifies full agreement with the existing rules.

It is important to note that you should immediately refuse receipt of your product if the product's packaging is tampered with, the product is damaged, or the order does not match what was requested on the e-commerce platform.

Be We cannot be held responsible if your order is received without the above-mentioned checks.
