A small in-house team never mass produces, with some styles made in runs of only around fifty, and silhouettes are chosen to stand out while lasting well beyond the season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRelationships and responsibility\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eSourcing is handled in-house by co-founder and designer Louise Reynolds, who meets suppliers in person, and the brand has worked with the same factory for more than a decade under principles grounded in the International Labour Organization’s core conventions.
